We'll have a call or meet in person. We want to know more than what's on your CV — what you enjoy, what doesn't work for you, where you see yourself in three years. The better we understand you, the more precisely we can guide you.

Step 3: We review your CV and get you ready

We'll go through your CV and give you specific feedback. If we're heading into a shared interview process, we'll prepare you — covering what you might face and how to handle it.

Step 4: We connect you with the right match

We only recommend you where it makes sense — where your experience, values, and work style align. You always know who you're meeting and why we think it's the right fit for you.

Step 5: We guide you through the selection process

We'll coordinate everything and support you from the first round through to the final offer. You'll receive ongoing feedback — what went well and what to focus on.

Step 6: Your new career begins

We'll iron out everything with you before your start date. And we don't lose sight of you after the contract is signed — we genuinely care that you succeed in your new role.
